Pomegranate Glazed Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine pomegranate molasses, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the lamb chops in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a salad.
