Pomegranate Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine pomegranate molasses, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the lamb chops in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  • Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a salad.
