Honey mustard glazed salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/3 cup honey mustard dipping sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine honey mustard dipping sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and dried dill.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the sauce mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
